Pasteurization System

Pasteurization is the thermal processing of fluid products in order to inactivate the microbial population and increase its shelf life. Our pasteurization system is designed to heat, pasteurize, hold and cool the product for a temperature-time combination of 68°C,30 min or 72°C,10 min. It ensures the highest standard & natural product quality. Optimal to use for a variety of products such as milk, fruit pulps, juices, honey, beverage, tea, yoghurt, soy milk, ice cream, milk-fruit mix, coffee cream etc. Our skid-mounted pasteurization units are made of robust materials and are corrosion-proof.
